Ideagen Procedure Management Rebrand - All you need to know
We're excited to share that Ideagen Procedure Management has a new name: Ideagen Procedure Management.
This rebrand is part of Ideagen's commitment to unifying our product portfolio under one recognisable identity — making it easier for you to navigate our family of solutions and access the tools you need.
When is this happening?
The rebrand will go live on the evening of Tuesday 7 October, with a brief scheduled maintenance window from 10pm AEDT to 3am AEDT. During this time, access to your instance will be unavailable.
What's changing?
You'll notice some visual updates across your site:
- New icons and branding throughout the platform
- Updated module names to align with our new identity
- New app branding — so when searching in the Google Play or App Store, look for Ideagen Procedure Management with our new product icon (on next page)
- Future communications will use the Ideagen Procedure Management name
What's staying the same?
The essentials remain unchanged:
- Your site URL stays exactly as it is
- Any custom branding you've configured continues to work
- All functionality operates just as before
- Our contact email for any support, success, or account queries
Communicating the Change to Your Team

We've put together a PDF poster that explains the rebrand for end users. It's downloadable at the bottom of this page , and we recommend sharing it with your team — particularly anyone who uses the mobile app.
The poster covers the key point: when searching for the mobile app in the Google Play or App Store, users will need to look for Ideagen Procedure Management with our new product icon. All existing functionality remains the same.

What about Help and Resources?
Our help site (the one you are on right now) is now called Ideagen Luminate and searching for either Ideagen Procedure Management or Ideagen Procedure Management will still bring up the resources you need.
Can we still call it Ideagen Procedure Management?
That's entirely up to you — we understand transitions take time. Just note that our communications and materials will use Ideagen Procedure Management moving forward.
