To submit (or fill out) a form:

1. Click Forms in the side menu
   Note: Forms may be called something else if your company has changed the module name; or you may access the required form through a Quick Link or direct URL.
    
2. Select which form you want to fill out. Only the forms you have permission to fill out will be visible. Please contact your system administrator if you can't see the form you need, as they will need to give you access.
    
3. Click "Create Submission" on the top right corner.
    
4. Fill out all the required details for the form, then click Submit. You can either Submit straight away, by clicking "Submit Now", or schedule your form to submit later, by clicking "Schedule Submit".
    
5. Your submission will now display in the list.
    
6. You can view all the details of your submission by clicking the "View" button under actions.
