Access Ideagen Procedure Management on mobile devices

Overview
You can access Ideagen Procedure Management on your mobile device using the iOS and Android apps. The mobile apps provide access to key modules and push notifications, helping you stay informed about important updates and required actions while on the go.
1. Accessing the mobile apps
- Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Sign in using your existing Ideagen Procedure Management credentials.
- For detailed installation and sign-in steps, refer to the Getting started guide.
You can always access the full Ideagen Procedure Management platform on your mobile device using a web browser such as Chrome or Safari.
2. Supported devices and operating systems
- iOS: Version 15.1 and later
- Android: Version 12 and later
Older devices or operating systems may have limited functionality or may not be supported.

- Quick Links
- Social Timeline
- Events
- Manuals and Policies (offline supported)
- Location Audits (offline supported)
- Training
- Forms
When you select Quick Links, the app opens the content in the built-in app web browser.
4. Push notifications
Push notifications in the mobile app reflect the same notifications the user receives in the web portal, even if a specific feature is not fully supported within the mobile app.
Make sure push notifications are enabled in both the app settings and your device settings to receive notifications.
If a notification relates to a feature that is not yet supported in the mobile app, selecting the notification opens the web portal in your device’s web browser.
If you receive an email notification for a feature that is supported in the mobile app, opening the email on your mobile device launches the Ideagen Procedure Management mobile app.
