1. Accessing the mobile apps
The Ideagen Procedure Management mobile apps are available for both iOS and Android devices. For details on downloading and signing into the app, refer to the getting started guide.
Tip: You can always access the full Ideagen Procedure Management platform on your mobile device via web browser (Chrome, Safari, etc).
2. Understanding available modules and features
The mobile app provides access to the following modules and features:
- News (Dashboard)
- Quick Links (Dashboard)
- Social Timeline (Dashboard)
- Events (Dashboard - coming soon)
- Manuals/Policies (Work Central)
- Location Audits (Audit Central)
- Training (Learn Central)
- Forms (Audit and People Central)
Quick Links will open in the built-in app web browser.
3. Receiving push notifications
The app sends push notifications when there is new content such as policies or training programmes, and for required actions like mandatory audits.
Push notifications are currently available for:
- Policies (Work Central)
- News Articles (Dashboard)
- Training programmes (Learn Central)
- Forms and Audits (Audit and People Central)
A push notification will send when the relevant content is published or updated, and the permissions have been set to either Required, Mandatory or in some modules, Notify Users.
Note: Make sure that push notifications are allowed in the app and device settings to receive these notifications.
