Adding links to your most used or most helpful pages will not only provide polish to the platform, but it will also increase user engagement and efficiency. 

You can have up to three (3) separate quick links widgets.

Please get in contact with Ideagen Procedure Management Support to add new widgets to your dashboard. We can add the widgets anywhere on the dashboard - just let us know your preference!

1. Widget Title: rename this to whatever you like (eg. HR Links, Marketing Assets, External Providers, etc).
2. (in icon view) Link Icons: change the icon by selecting a new one from a list of 100's.
3. Ellipses (three dot menu): manage the quick links, or the widget title from here.
4. (in thumbnail view) Link Thumbnails:  upload any thumbnail you prefer for each link.
5. (in list view) Link List
